JACK TEW
What if we gave ourselves the permission to do a little less thinking, and a little more feeling? To shift some of that energy so often caught in the mind, and bring it back to rest in the heart.
Incredible research has shown that just by bringing our attention to settle back into the heart, the energy between the heart & mind begin to link up, match, and then powerfully work together.
With the two in union, we start to feel more balanced, more reflective, and more whole. We stop thinking our way through life, and start feeling.
Join us for a weekend of heartled practices that work to cool & soothe a busy mind, and awaken the intuitive heart. Yoga, Mantra, Cacao, Self-Study (journalling) & Nidra nestled in the sweet embrace of The Peak District’s Hope Valley. The mind thinks, but the heart knows!

PERCEVICIUS
"The retreat was so much more than I could have imagined. I felt immediately relaxed in the beautiful space and setting, and the food prepared by Chrissie was beautiful, nourishing and grounding.
I loved the variety of practices that were offered - from pranayama and meditation to complete yoga practices, yoga nidra, mindful tea practices, calisthenics and, of course, wild swimming.
Above all, the practices cultivated a growing sense of presence and inner quiet which allowed me to access my innate joy and wholeness.
Chrissie, Jack and Owen held space for the experience to unfold with care, attention and good humour and the group very quickly felt like a community - something that I feel we all valued deeply after months of separation.
Overall, the retreat has given me new friends, new passions to explore and a new lease of life. Thanks so much - I would recommend this retreat to anyone!"
