All one-to-one sessions take place in-person, in the comfort of your own home.
This call allows us to connect with each other before you book a session and it gives you the opportunity to address questions you may have.
The session starts with dialogue to check-in and for us to get a better understanding of the process and expectations and personal needs.
Followed by a 60-80 minute guided breathwork session.
Then a chance to share about your experience.
In this series we have the chance to customise the best program (number and duration of sessions) for your individual breathing patterns and desired outcomes.
Having consistent sessions can really create deep shift in breathing patterns and life.
Sessions will take place over 4 -8 consistent weeks.
