My
intention

My intention is to create a safe space where all emotions, sounds and movement can be explored and expressed.

Nadia

"I've been wanting to write a testimonial for the incredible 90min breathwork sessions I experienced under Jack's calming and confident guidance.  However, it's been hard to put into words exactly how phenomenal it was"

Andy

"I had been struggling with anxiety and grief for some time, and I was a bit nervous going into the session, but Jack was very understanding and supportive"

Georgia

"I wasn't sure what to expect with my first breathwork session, so felt a little uncertain going into it. Jack put me at ease right away and that sense of support carried on throughout the whole session"
